Conventional & FHA Options Available

You can purchase an Investment Property using both Conventional & FHA Financing. Each has its own unique underwriting and qualification requirements. We are happy to discuss your options with you to find out which program is the right fit.

Down Payment

Your Down Payment will be determined by your loan program (Conventional or FHA) as well as the number of units the property has. Down payment can be as little as 3.5% down if you plan to live in the property for at least 1 year.

Can use Expected Rental Income to qualify

There are various ways you can utilize estimated rental income to qualify. For example, income from renting out rooms, expected rental income from a Single Family or multi-unit (up to 4 units) property in addition to other options that allow you to bring additional income qualifications to the table.
